Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 20, 2026
1. Introduction

Welcome to Dynadel, LLC. We are a custom software development company dedicated to building tailored applications for our clients. We believe in strict data privacy and security. Our corporate philosophy is straightforward: we do not collect, store, transmit, monetize, or share your proprietary data or your end-users' personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data during the development, deployment, and support of the custom software we build for our clients.

2. Custom Applications and Client Data

When Dynadel, LLC develops custom software, the application and its underlying data belong entirely to the client.

  • Client Infrastructure: The applications we build are designed to be hosted on the client's servers, the client's chosen cloud infrastructure, or deployed locally on end-user devices. Dynadel, LLC does not host your production databases.
  • Data Controller: You, the client, act as the Data Controller. You govern how your application collects and manages data from your users. Dynadel, LLC acts solely as the developer and has no independent rights to your data.
  • No Telemetry or Tracking: We do not embed hidden tracking, analytics, or "phone home" telemetry into the custom software for Dynadel's own use or metrics. We do not track the usage patterns of your end-users.
3. Data Access During Development and Support

During the lifecycle of a project, we may require temporary access to certain systems to build, integrate, or troubleshoot your software.

  • Development & Testing: We strongly encourage the use of mock or anonymized data during the development phase. If we must handle actual production data to test specific functionalities, it is treated with strict confidentiality and is not stored on our local machines longer than necessary to complete the task.
  • Authentication & Passwords: We do not store, intercept, or maintain independent access to the administrative or user passwords of the software we build. If we build authentication systems for you, the credentials are encrypted and stored within your own infrastructure. We cannot recover lost end-user data.
  • Customer Support: If you provide us with exported data, diagnostic logs, or database dumps as part of a support request to fix a bug or maintain the software, that data is used exclusively to resolve the specific issue. We delete all such data immediately once the support ticket or maintenance task is closed.
4. Dynadel's Business Communications

To conduct business with you (the client), we must retain basic contact and billing information.

  • B2B Information: We retain the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of our points of contact at your company for project management, invoicing, and support purposes.
  • No Selling or Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your business contact information with any third parties, marketing agencies, or data brokers.
5. Security and Confidentiality

All Dynadel, LLC developers and contractors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We utilize industry-standard security measures to protect the codebases, API keys, and project assets entrusted to us during the development lifecycle.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our operational practices. We will notify active clients of any significant changes, and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dynadel disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to its software.
